RETURNS POLICY

ILYBAG aim to make your shopping experience perfect in every way. However, we know sometimes you may need to return products. This policy sets out when you can return products, and how to do so.

Order Cancellation 

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us once you decide to cancel the order. For Orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 10% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Return Conditions 

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days. 
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags). 
3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing and can be re-sold. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 
4. Unfortunately, sale/discounted items cannot be fully refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded. 
5. Return and reship cost is on the buyer, freight collect isn't acceptable.

For further returning information, please get in touch with our customer service by sending us an email with your order number. We don't accept order returned directly without contact. Once receiving your returning items, the refund would be done in 3-5 working days.

If you need to refund, the shipping fee you paid when placing an order is non-refundable. We will only refund the cost of items. We will deduct the corresponding shipping costs of free-shipping orders when receiving the returned package. We will process refunds as soon as we have received orders back in our warehouse or a valid tracking number or "Proof of Postage" receipt from you. Please allow 3-5 working days once we have processed your refund for your bank to clear the refund into your account.
